1. Collection of personal data

The types of Personal Data we collect from you may include (a) your personal information (e.g. your name); and (b) your contact information (e.g. your email address or contact number).

We may also collect information regarding your IP address, browser type, domain name and access time (“Log Files”). Log Files are primarily used for our own research purposes and are kept separately from the Personal Data. In certain circumstances permitted by the Ordinance, IP addresses may be used to assist in investigating, deterring and/or preventing abusive or criminal activity on our website(s).

We will request for the provision of Personal Data for the purpose (“Purposes”) of:-

(a) Processing your ticket purchase; and

(b) Communicating with you to handle any comments, messages, request, enquiries, complaints received from you.

The provision of your Personal Data is entirely voluntary. In the event you choose not to provide such personal data, we may not be able to process your ticket purchases or respond to your enquiries or complaints.

 

4. Disclosure of and transferring personal data

Other than the service providers who provide services to you in connection with the Purposes or otherwise required under the laws and regulations, we will not disclose or transfer the Personal Data without your prior consent.

 

5. Data Retention

The Personal Data you provide to us will be kept by us only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in clause 3 above. The Personal Data will be destroyed in accordance with the Ordinance after the Purposes have been fulfilled.

(a) In the course of ticket purchase, you may be directed to external third party websites or payment platform (“external website(s)”). Your access to and use of external website(s) (including any payment made on these external website(s)) is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions, privacy policies and practices applicable to the external website(s).

(b) All external website(s) are independent from our website. We have no control over the external website(s), their contents or the terms and conditions governing their use, or their privacy policies and practices. We do not give any warranty or representation for the quality or security of any external website(s). You should therefore be fully aware that the provision of the link or direction to an external website does not constitute an endorsement, approval, recommendation or any form of cooperation or association by or with us. You should therefore remain alert when you click on a link to leave any of our websites and enter an external website, and you should read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of that external website.

 

7. How to access or correct your personal data or contact us

(a) You are entitled to ascertain whether we hold your Personal Data, request access to your Personal Data and correction of any of your Personal Data which is inaccurate. This Privacy Policy is written in the English language and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of this Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail.
