  1. Q : Do I need to register as a member before using the online ticketing service?

    A : No, non-member can also enjoy our service.

  2. Q : Do I need to pay any service charge for online ticketing?

    A : There will be a service charge of HK$5.00 per ticket on any purchase via www.cel-cinemas.com .

  3. Q : What means of payment does the online ticketing accept?

    A : Credit card payment: VISA, MasterCard and Union Pay.

  4. Q : Can I use virtual card to purchase tickets online?

    A : Virtual card is not accepted for internet ticketing in the website since you are required to present your credit card to collect the ordered tickets.

  5. Q : Is it safe to provide my personal information during the registration process?

    A : Please refer to Private Policy section.

  6. Q : How many tickets can I purchase online?

    A : You can purchase up to 8 tickets for each transaction.

  7. Q : Can I purchase child/senior/student tickets online?

    A : Yes.

  8. Q : Can I use coupons or discounts (e.g. discounts for Chinachem members) through online ticketing?

    A : All coupons and discount are not accepted through online ticketing. Please go to the box office for any purchase with coupons or discounts.

  9. Q : How can I pick up the ordered tickets?

    A : Please bring along with your credit card that used in the online transaction, and pick up the ticket(s) at the cinema’s box-office or kiosk.

  10. Q : If I don’t pick up the ticket, will my credit card account be charged?

    A : Once the transaction is done successfully, your credit card account will be charged.

  11. Q : What should I do if I booked wrong tickets after the payment process is completed?

    A : You cannot cancel the order or change seats once you press “PAY” button to precede the payment process. Please check the details of your transaction before pressing the “PAY” button to confirm.

  12. Q : If I didn’t get a Confirmation page after payment process, what should I do?

    A : You will receive a transaction confirmation email after online ticketing. You may click the “Purchase Record” at website and provide the same email address of this transaction, the last purchase record will be sent to that email address shortly.

  13. Q : What should I do with my tickets if a typhoon signal 8 or above or black rainstorm signal is hoisted?

    A : Chinachem Cinema Circuit may remain open during typhoon signal 8, 9, 10 or black rainstorms. But if you cannot attend the show, please go to the regarding cinema box office and present your credit card used in the order and the order reference number within 7 days after the typhoon or black rainstorm date to redeem the same number of exchange tickets as you have purchased. No refund is accepted.
